We are currently recruiting for the newly established role of Pathways & High Performance (P&HP) Manager.

As the Lead for our Touch Pathways and HP system in New Zealand, the P&HP Manager will ensure a world-class pathways and high-performance environment, that delivers sustainable success on the world stage.

The role will ensure fit for purpose systems, structures, policies and practices that provide a platform for athlete and team performance to flourish, while ensuring a focus on player and coach wellbeing and development.

The P&HP Manager is part of the Touch NZ leadership team will provide critical advice and guidance across an integrated performance pathway for emerging, embedded and transitioning players and coaches. 

The successful applicant will be experienced - the expectation is to front foot the sector with proven methods that garner results.
