Touch NZ welcomes Vicki Morgan, who will be joining us as the Planet Youth Papakura Project Lead. Planet Youth is the Icelandic substance use prevention programme that was introduced to Papakura, February this year. It is part of Kuraconnect that is one of the six active areas that sit within the Community Connect, our community driven platform that aims to empower communities through delivery and facilitation of social sport, recreation and other socially good interventions.

Vicki has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in the sports sector for the past 7 years and over 20 years in office and business management. Her passion for supporting young people on to greater heights through framework development, quality improvement, and an agile mindset will serve the community of Papakura well. Vicki will be across a large swathe of this kaupapa from leading the development and outcomes of Planet Youth Papakura through to supporting the community to establish a sustainable legacy. She will be starting with Touch NZ on November 1st in a full-time capacity
