National Under 21 Coach Positions 

Touch New Zealand (TNZ) are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for suitably qualified and active coaches who wish to be considered for National Coach positions. 

Following on from the Youth Transtasman held in Auckland in January 2009 the Under 21 Mens, Under 21 Women's and Under 21 Mixed teams along with their Under 19 counterparts will compete in the reciprocal Trans Tasman Series in Australia in January 2011.

At this stage, there will be no assistant coaches appointed to the teams however Coaching/Elite Manager Peter Walters will oversee the program with input from our Touch Blacks coaches. Pam Hyde will be the tour manager. 

As a minimum, each applicant for an National Coach position should have attained at least a Level 2 coaching accreditation and be actively coaching at provincial level. 

Your Expression should include:

·         Your CV and current coaching activity over the past 2 years

·         Your particular skill set or area of expertise

Applicants may be asked to participate in an interview process  

EOI’s should where appropriate be supported by the relevant Provincial Association.
